Purpose

ILG’s purpose is to create a non-competitive environment where motivated Chief Executives and Company Directors can develop professional and personal capacity through facilitated mentoring and peer interaction. Every Business leader is in a unique role that shares a lonely responsibility for corporate wellbeing and rewarding returns.

ILG provides a regular space where motivated leaders can connect with colleagues engaged with similar tensions and compromises. The mutual support and experience derived from this fellowship will provide the following benefits:

Facilitator

Matt Featherstone

Matt has 24 years in IT including IBM, Telstra, Macquarie Telecom mainly in General Manager and National General Manager sales roles. Matt has also run part-time business delivering sales training to groups of front-line sales people and sales managers to companies other than telecommunications and has certificates in Facilitation for adult groups from the Centre for Continuing Education at University of Sydney. Matt is a member of St Matthews in West Pymble.

Prospective new members may come for two sessions as guests and only pay the casual price on the day of $65 per person.
